Dad
Family First
Steve and Jess, his wife, are the parents of 4 children... Nolan (11), Emmitt (9), Greta (8), and Scotia (6). He brings the perspective that only a parent can bring to working with students and campers.
School Teacher
24 years of 'first hand' experience
Steve has been a full-time school teacher for 24 years. He teaches Meteorology, Astronomy, Environmental Science, Forensics, Oceanography and Ornithology at Scituate High School in Scituate, MA. In his teaching career, he has taught high school and middle school. Teaching in a classroom and being on the “front lines” with kids is part of what makes Steve so credible to his audiences. Participants in Steve’s work consistently say he “gets it” when it comes to working with kids.
Professional Speaker
Dynamic, Fun, Engaging
In 2004 Steve started his own professional speaking business because he saw a need for dynamic, fun and educational programs in both the academic and camp setting. Since then, over 1,000 schools and summer camps across the United States have brought him in to work with their faculty and staff. He has the perfect blend of humor and energy. His audiences consistently describe him as “dynamic,” “hilarious” and “engaging.”
